REFUND POLICY

Because our skincare and body care products are personal care items, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review each situation individually and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Avondale & Co. Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
