Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email provided with your order.
After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has begun processing.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
* Checking around your property and with household members.
* Checking with neighbors or your building’s leasing office.
* Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Avondale & Co. Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
* Your order number
* Photos of the damaged item(s)
* Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We’ll review your request and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
